DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA DEMANDA DE DIVORCIO, interpuesta por la ciudadana PÉREZ DE GARRIDO JOSEFINA contra su cónyuge ciudadano GARRIDO TORRES ROGELIO JOSÉ, identificados en autos, en base a las causales segunda y tercera del artículo 185 del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente y consecuencialmente, SEGUNDO: SE DECRETA LA DISOLUCIÓN DEL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL CONTRAÍDO ENTRE ELLOS por ante el Registro Civil del Municipio San Felipe, Estado Yaracuy; según acta N° 15, del año 1980. TERCERO: NO HAY CONDENATORIA EN COSTAS dada la naturaleza del fallo.
