DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA DEMANDA DE DIVORCIO, interpuesta por la ciudadana MARIA JOVINA INOJOSA DE COLMENAREZ contra su cónyuge ciudadano SANTIAGO JOSÉ COLMENAREZ GOYO, identificados en autos, en base a la causal tercera del artículo 185 del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente y consecuencialmente, SEGUNDO: SE DECRETA LA DISOLUCIÓN DEL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL CONTRAÍDO ENTRE ELLOS por ante el Registro Civil del Municipio Bruzual, del Estado Yaracuy; según acta N° 102, del veintitrés de agosto del año 1971. TERCERO: NO HAY CONDENATORIA EN COSTAS dada la naturaleza del fallo.
