DECLARA PRIMERO: CON LUGAR LA SOLICITUD DE DIVORCIO, basada en el artículo 185-A del Código Civil Venezolano Vigente, interpuesta por el ciudadano JHONNY GUILLERMO SUAREZ GARCIA, Venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nos: V-7.592.565 respectivamente. SEGUNDO: SE DECRETA LA DISOLUCION DEL VINCULO MATRIMONIAL contraído por los ciudadanos: JHONNY GUILLERMO SUAREZ GARCIA e YRENE OLIO SALON TORRES, Venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las Cédulas de Identidad Nos: V-7.592.565 y V-7.556.108 respectivamente, por ante el Registro Civil del Municipio Bruzual del Estado Yaracuy, según acta de matrimonio Nº 50, Folio 74 del Año 1996.
